     The FUV2200/14SE large format digital printer is a computer controlled printing machine. It enables the near photographic quality image to reflect from the computer to a printing media. It utilises the application and process of drop-on demand non-contact ink jet technology.

    The system employs the high quality print head, latest piezoelectric ink jet technology available in the market. The system can be programmed to print graphics and images used in advertisements, packaging and other industrial & commercial marking applications. It uses the fine-diameter individually addressable nozzles and calibrated to generated droplets of appropriate ink in pico liter size/volume.

    The printing process is performed through the use of a computer by imaging software. What-you-see-is-what-you-get printable graphics are software programmed and the image is digitally processed through the RIP software and driver interface, then the image data signal is patched through and controlled by the PCI card (image data card) to the print head control board. Thus, the piezoelectric poled nozzles are electronically controlled by the micro-controller (print head control board) and the ink is ejected in a binary sequential manner to produce high quality printing.

    The servo controlled X-axis (print head cartridge) and Y-axis (flatbed conveyor) movements are programmed to move in synchronisation with the actual printing size and resolution, while the speed of firing the ink droplets of every print head nozzle is also time-compensated
